| Directions | This address can be difficult with sat nav. From A381 Totnes to Kingsbridge road on Western bypass, turn right at the traffic lights, signposted Avonwick along Plymouth Rd. Drive a short distance and pass the pedestrian crossing. Turn immediately left on the next road, Kelloc Drive, Broomborough Court and Jellicoe Villas. Take first left again in to the car park, drive to the end and the reserved parking space is the second to last on the left.
